Driver Facing Criminal Charges for Car Accident

It is devastating to hear that someone lost their life in a car accident, especially when it could have been prevented.
Although the circumstances surrounding a recent car accident were bizarre - the Chevy Trailblazer simply lost its vehicle, causing it to flip over - the fact still remains that the victim was not wearing a seat belt. The 29-year-old male, a soldier home on leave, was riding with a friend when the driver lost control. He was ejected from the car and suffered injuries too severe to repair in the local hospital.
While the identity of the driver has not been revealed, it is known that he is in stable condition at this time. Once he fully recovers, however, he will have to face the multiple charges including operating a vehicle with defective equipment, homicide by motor vehicle in the second degree and failure to maintain lane.
