Death of Woman in Wheelchair Being Investigated

The death of a woman in a wheelchair is part of an ongoing investigation in East County. There are very few clues as to what happened last week that led to the woman losing her life near a highway. It is known that the victim was struck by a vehicle which then drove away, leaving her to die alone on the street.
