Four Victims in South Carolina Car Accident

Four people are lucky to be alive after a serious car accident in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, two cars collided around 3:40 PM last Friday. One vehicle, a pickup truck, was driven by an 18-year-old female who failed to yield the right of way to the second vehicle, driven by a 48-year-old male.

Neither the driver of the pickup truck nor her passengers, ages 14 and 17, were wearing seatbelts. The driver of the second vehicle was wearing his seatbelt but he became trapped inside his vehicle. His injuries were severe enough to warrant a trip to the nearby hospital.

The young driver was cited with failure to yield right of way.
