Shemar Moore Involved in Bicycle Accident

Shemar Moore, star of "Criminal Minds" is suing the driver who hit him while riding his bicycle in Los Angeles last week.

According to Moore, who is being represented by Shawn Holley (who lists Lindsay Lohan as a client,) driver Phillip Randall failed to yield the right of way. Moore lists Florence Rosenthal on the lawsuit as well as the owner of the vehicle. After the accident Moore was brought to Sherman Oaks Hospital to be treated for multiple injuries. He claims that he racked up serious hospital and medical bills as a result of the bicycle accident; Moore also lists loss of earnings and other costs as well.

The star went on The Ellen Degeneres Show and talked about the accident, from which he suffered a broken leg and cracked rib. Moore explained that he had been biking near his home in Los Angeles when he was struck.  No date has been set yet for the trial.
