After a tanker truck accident spilled 3,000 gallons of fuel onto Interstate 84, one man finds himself in the hospital with serious injuries.

According to Idaho State Police the driver of the tanker, Danny Guntrum, 39, lost control while driving around a curve. He then crashed his truck into a median, overturning the entire tanker. Although Guntrum was initially trapped inside his truck crews were able to extract him from the vehicle to transport him by air ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.
