A teenage boy operating a small craft near Granada Lake was injured last weekend and is currently being treated for the injuries he sustained.
A report issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife department stated that the boy was in a small boat in the canals when he lost control of the craft. The 13-year-old boy then jumped or fell into the water, at which point the propellers of the craft struck him repeatedly in the face. He was discovered by fellow boaters who contacted the FFW. He was then flown by medical helicopter to Shands Jacksonville to be treated for his injuries.
If you have recently suffered injuries as a result of a boat accident, you are likely to be struggling with the pain caused by those injuries, as well as mounting medical bills, time lost from school and/or work and other financial concerns. For this reason, you may wish to consult with a
personal injury attorney who can help you seek compensation from negligent parties.
