Mayor Ticketed in Car Accident

The mayor of Geneva, Illinois has reportedly been ticketed in relation to a three-car accident. Kevin Burns was ticketed with failure to reduce speed as reportedly hit another car which led to that car hitting the car in front of him that was stopped at a red light. Burns has stated that he doesn't know why he hit the car in front of him. Burns was treated for minor injuries, but no one else was injured in the car accident.
