Police Reviewing Car Accident

Police are investigating the car accident that took the life of a young man in Chesapeake last week.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found the body of a 22-year-old man in an overturned vehicle. Eyewitnesses say that he was driving 90 mph in a 55 mph zone when he lost control of the vehicle. It swerved off the road, hit a culvert and flipped over three times. The victim was declared dead on the scene by responding emergency medical personnel.
