A Brevard County Sheriff's deputy has struck and killed a pedestrian who was walking on the road near an intersection. According to reports, the woman was not walking in a crosswalk at the time of the accident. It is being reported that the woman walked into the path of Deputy Vincent Marino-Vitane's car. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
