Serious Rollover Accident Reported in Illinois

In Illinois, it has been reported that a two vehicle accident left one automobile flipped upside down at the intersection of Highland Avenue.  Police say that the accident took place on Friday at 12:30 PM.  Both of the drivers involved in the auto accident had to be taken to a local hospital for medical treatment.

New sources say that the traffic lights remained out at the intersection and stop signs were not turned on, which meant that people had to alternate turns on the road.  At this time, local police are not sure what caused the rollover accident.  They say that the lights were not working because of a power outage and they were not sure when the traffic lights would start functioning again.
