In Washington, three employees at a nursing home were accused of taking nude cell phone photos of residents, but will not be charged by prosecutors. The deputy prosecutor has stated that while it does appear that the employees behaved stupidly, they did not commit a crime. All of the employees were fired and reported to the police. One of the employees stated that he and two others had sent funny pictures to each other but denied taking inappropriate photos of residents. The state Department of Social and Health Services is still investigating.
