Hugo Aldana-Lopez was killed in a boat accident when he was in an inflatable raft and a burst of wind tipped it over. Aldana-Lopez and the other occupant were dumped into the lake.The other man was able to swim to the shore, but Aldana-Lopez was not able to do so.
