Hit and Run Accident Investigations Continue

A hit-and-run accident is still be investigated by police in west Los Angeles and they are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect. A 60-year-old woman was struck and killed by a driver at 9 PM on Thursday night as she was exiting her vehicle. 

Razia Shariff had just parked her Honda CRV on the west side of Centinela Avenue near Nebraska Avenue when she was struck unexpectedly. Witnesses say that a vehicle coming southbound on Centinela struck her and then took off again. 

Shariff, of Los Angeles, experienced blunt force trauma injuries. Although she was rushed to the hospital shortly after, Shariff died there.
