A family has filed a nursing home complaint after a woman suffered from bedsores that resulted in bone being visible. After an inspection was performed at the nursing home, a hospital saw the woman and recommended a leg amputation. The woman was in the nursing home after suffering a stroke, but then ended up with massive pressure sores that covered her buttocks and legs. The staff reportedly covered the sores with bandages in order to convince the family that the woman was getting better.
