A lawsuit has been filed against a deceased man who was responsible for causing an
auto accident.
Alexander Rosado filed a personal injury lawsuit against Emerald E. Davis, who died in the accident.
Rosado claims that Davis pulled out in front of his vehicle, which caused a collision. Davis died as a result of the accident. Rosado claims to have become sick, sore, lame, and disordered. He is also claiming he is suffering from great pain, anguish, and injuries to his neck, hip, back, abdomen, and pelvic region. Rosado's lawsuit also claims that he is suffering from headaches, psychological issues, difficulty sleeping, "internal derangement of the injured members of his body," and medical expenses.
Rosado, who is seeking $50,000 in damages, alleges that Davis failed to control his vehicle, failed to observe Rosado's vehicle, failed to drive at a reasonable speed, failed to reduce his speed, failed to yield the right-of-way, and failed to obey traffic signals.
