Prom night is something that students have been looking forward to for years. The school officials contacted the police immediately and the 54 year old bus driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and for reckless driving. When interviewed, the limo company claims that they are not responsible for the actions of the driver, though they do enforce a zero-tolerance policy for each of their employees. The school principal was outraged at this man's action, claiming that when you have the lives of two dozen teenagers in your hands, a driver needs to do everything possible to make sure they are safe. according to the police reports, when tested, the drivers blood alcohol content levels were six times the legal limit of a person operating with a commercial license which is 0.04 whereas a noncommercial drivers limit is currently 0.08.
