Growing up in Blacksburg, Virginia, Marc graduated from the University of Virginia and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. Before law school, he worked on Capitol Hill as a congressional legislative assistant, gaining valuable experience in federal trucking and aviation regulations. Marc initially represented airlines, airports, trucking companies, contractors, and insurance companies before switching sides in 2002 to represent individuals and families harmed by wrongful conduct.
Marc's practice areas include tractor trailer wrecks, car accident injuries, bicycle and pedestrian injuries, motorcycle accidents, plane and helicopter accidents, negligent security, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He also handled a landmark class action case before the Georgia Supreme Court, representing over 9,000 home health care workers.
In addition to his legal practice, Marc is a regular speaker at legal seminars and webinars for trial lawyers nationwide. He has served on the State Bar Board of Governors, the Sandy Springs Bar Association, the Civil Justice PAC of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Georgia Appleseed Center for Law & Justice. Marc also serves as general counsel for Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church in Sandy Springs.
