Charles Zamora, LLC

Charles Zamora studied political science at the University of Texas and law at the University of Akron, where he was a member of the Akron Law Review and published Note, Wiggins v. State: Receiving a Fair Trial Under the Specter of AIDS. 23 Akron L. Rev. 308 (1989). Beginning his legal career as an Assistant Ohio Attorney General, Chuck represented the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services (OBES) in defense litigation before the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the State Personnel Board of Review. He represented OBES at all state court levels in Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. From 1993 to 1995, Chuck was employed with the Workers Compensation Section of the Attorney Generals Office and he represented the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation (BWC) and the Industrial Commission of Ohio in jury trial and appellate litigation at all state court levels.
